Transmission and Distribution Utility (TDU) delivery charges are a big part of your monthly bill. Each TDU maintains the power lines, poles, wires, meters, restoring the power from storms, etc.. The cost to maintaining this is charged to all customers. The TDU charges are different based on where you live and which utility is in your area. TDU charges are typically evaluated every March and September each year.
